I went to see my doctor today. so my leg was not such a big issue, just that inflammation would occur whenever i use my muscle too much and i would feel pain. there is no cure for it, other than going for an operation. no way i am risking my leg, not after i just gained back my mobility.
I heard my team was bullied at practical today. on wed it would be my turn. ouch.
For my dche website, things are not going too well as i still can't figure out how to put in the hyperlink... x_x never mind, perseverance and patience is my forte and hence i believe i will succeed.

After missing the recruitment drive last year, it has come full circle and i am finally in the chapter. It is an irony how most major things in my life has to go through either a disappointment, failure or some sort of setback first before i can achieve my goal. Firstly, it was the student council in sec sch, then mt ophir selection, then my o level prelim results and now the student chapter. is it a mere coincidence or what... -_-
First task is to simply make a blog for our chapter. Getting to it after posting this...
Check this space soon for the link to our chapter's blog!

the end is near. the end of week 1 anyway. no more science modules D: however, i got a bunch of "retainees" as my new classmates and they sure have a lot of experience to share with us regarding the modules we are taking. Still, i am a bit pissed by having to carry their notes home whenever they decide to skip lessons... guess that is the price for being in class comm. Nearly screwed my laptop today when i accidentally uninstalled a very important patch used for skinning my window xp to look like window vista.

I decided to simply liquidify any assets in maple that i did not need and lo and behold, it actually fetched me about 20m. pretty cool sum of money for retirement. concentrating on studies first and cabal second right now...
Quote of the day: "Be drained of life..." From some neurubian in Warcraft 3. maybe a crypt fiend... not too sure about that :p
p.s. i don't think i deserve the title of exiled one anymore.
Someone i know is more befitting of that title.

For some reasons that i have yet to figure out, i am repelled by cabal. maybe it is the fixed routes i must take. maybe it is the fixed stats i must pump. everything in cabal seems to be a must. none of the flexibility like in maplesea. MAYBE thats why i am playing maple again.... -__-"
It is easier in a sense now that the price of everything drops. irony eh when inflation is global now. however, there are also lesser people playing maple now and hence trading is not so easy anymore.
Crazy ranting by me...

Weeeeeeee.... today was tiring. i discovered the reason for not calling me for post-expedition activities and i was looking forward to it =(
This has got to be one of the lamest reason for "canceling" our post-expedition. Failure to contact the person-in-charge of SaDeaf.
Anyway, i saw our new batch of freshies and i think this year's intake is a bit better than ours in terms of quality, though my class is more lively than the one i led today. i was quite surprised by the large intake of DCP students. 10 classes and food tech split from them... which would make a grand total of 14 classes. DCHE has a puny 6 classes lol. however, i think quality matters more than quantity.
I also learned that my cppa is one of the best in the course today. quite a shocking revelation if i can say so myself.

I have always wondered. wondered if being a leader and helping others to improve as we move along or acting solo and being the best at the expense of others is the best course of action. until now i am still unable to reach a definite conclusion regarding this matter as i have seen cases whereby they follow their path and became successful, though not necessarily popular or even accepted in our social circles.
I personally have went both routes before and i would say i appreciate being a leader more as i would have friends to help me in my weak areas whereas when i was charging ahead at the expense of others, i realised no help was available when i needed it. Basically i was friendless.
So what are your thoughts?
